£13 for the attention to detail was an absolute steal. I’ve paid a lot more and received a lot worse! Forgotten the guys name but he was brilliant and I walked out very happy.The above was 9 months ago and I gave 5 stars but over the last few months I’ve had some average cuts, best one is the person nearest to the window by a mile (who is 5/5), but my one yesterday was awful. Inexperienced, young chap who I’m sure will improve but I didn’t realise how bad the cut was until I got home. A real shame as I do like it there, everyone has to start somewhere but it was a 1/5 at best.

Took my 4 year old son there for haircut, looking at the reviews and the fact that they do kids haircut. Unfortunate they don’t know anything of how to cut kids’ hair. Infact cut the son’s ear, left it to bleed. And then got something to fix it saying it’s an everyday thing for them.???? I am sorry are you saying you are so unskilled and untrained that you are cutting people’s ears everyday ??? Is this a joke. Didn’t even have the decency to apologise.Even while cutting his hair the guy didn’t even listen to me on what kind of hair style I am looking for. My son has beautiful long hair, but this haircut has ruined his hair style and now I have to wait few months for them to get longer.Useless Place with highly unskilled staff. Not a place for kids for sure.

All the staff are very friendly and regular barbers are really good. The owner especially he's the man. Been going for many years now.

1 star for most recent experience but 5 stars for all other experiencesMost Recent Experience:The trainee barber cut my hair; I asked for a medium skin fade and just a little bit off the top. The sides and backs of my hair are not blended at all, and in addition to this, it is not even either. I do understand that everybody has to learn and that everybody makes mistakes. But in the same respect you should be to a certain skill level before being allowed to cut people's hair. As people are paying for a particular service, and with his current skill level, they are not receiving said service to the optimal standard.However, I would like to commend all of the other barbers in the shop. This is my regular barber shop, and I always receive excellent service from all of the other guys in there. They are all extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating etc. They are all great at what they do and I always enjoy and appreciate the service from the team. I am usually always happy with the haircut and service I receive, regardless of who cuts my hair - apart from the most recent time, as mentioned above. But the rest of the team are great and always provide top notch service. But overall, great barber shop, with excellent service and skill level.Personally, I will not be letting the trainee cut my hair again as I am really displeased with the turnout, but would highly recommend the rest of the team to anybody.
