Eimear Collins Singing Teacher

I started lessons with Eimear at the age of 12. I was never the most confident in my singing abilities but Eimear made me feel so comfortable from the get go. I couldn’t recommend her enough as a teacher. Her methods helped me improve my vocal ability beyond belief and has made me more confidence in the process. She has an easy solution to every issue and always finds the quickest way to fix any problem. On top of this, she’s the most pleasant company in every lesson and the most genuine person to work with. Not many teachers out there like Eimear so take the opportunity to train with her!

I started singing lessons with Eimear in 2015 when she was still based in Cork, Ireland. I absolutely loved singing but had yet to start taking it seriously. It can be intimidating to start singing, especially in a one on one setting but Eimear is the most warm, welcoming and passionate teacher I instantly felt at ease. Eimear has given me every tool I need to continue my journey as a singer and she has been there every step of the way for guidance, advice or even just a bit of positivity. When she moved to the UK I continued to see her via zoom and even popped in for lessons whenever I visited. I moved to New York City to study and got to train with some amazing people from all over the world but there is still absolutely nobody I trust with my voice more than Eimear. You will not regret taking lessons with her I can promise you that!

I've had lessons with Eimear for over a year now. It's been a long-held dream of mine to have singing lessons. I had a few lessons years ago with different teachers but never felt like I was progressing. I was recommended Eimear so thought I'd try again. I've been absolutely delighted - I cannot believe how much I've learnt and improved and how enjoyable the lessons are. Eimear is such a lovely person that I feel so comfortable and lucky she's my teacher (as I'm very much amateur)! Thank you Eimear!

Eimear is actually brilliant. Before seeing her, my confidence was in tatters, and it was quite evident in my singing. I was so tied up in knots and I didn't sound good by any measure.After just a few months of lessons, I am much happier and a lot more confident... and it shows! Singing feels a lot easier, and I've stopped over-thinking and self-sabotaging. And I'm sure it's much easier on Eimear's ears, too.I've a long way to go yet, but I'm looking forward to continuing my work with Eimear. Cannot recommend enough!

Eimear is amazing! She's the only teacher I've ever had that has taught me how to sing safely, and techniques that let me get the best sound from my voice without damaging it. I hear myself improving with every lesson! 10/10 would recommend!

Eimear has helped me to use my voice to its fullest potential, and I’ve only had a few classes! She has taught me techniques which have improved my singing drastically. I have had multiple singing teachers in the past but Eimear has by far had the biggest and most positive impact on my voice. She is a professional and has a wealth of knowledge in her field. My progress has been so huge in such a short space of time, I highly recommend!

In one word, Eimear Collins is phenomenal- both as a professional singer and as a singing teacher.Every lesson is incredibly enjoyable and insightful- the highlight of my week.Eimear knows exactly how to intricately coach each voice type in order to unlock its full potential. Beyond the incredible singing technique she possesses and also teaches, she is the most wonderful and encouraging person and never fails to brighten up my day.I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking to enhance their singing ability and technique.

I found Eimear online and after a few different lessons with different teachers, Eimear was by far the most fun, most knowledgeable, and professional. From just the first lesson, inspite of the fact that it was via Zoom, Eimear changed the way I sang, had me singing with better tone and stronger, all with fun techniques to sing safer. I always look forward to my lessons with Eimear and I am seeing improvements in my voice and technique every week! I cannot wait to see just how far I can go. Eimear is the best singing teacher I have had, and I am so glad I found her.

Eimear is a fantastic vocal coach. I went to Eimear for a year whilst I was in my Leaving cert for assistance with my music practical. Not only did Eimear massively improve my singing voice she also gave me an enormous amount of confidence & made me feel more comfortable when singing. I will forever be grateful for all the work Eimear put in to improving my singing ability. I couldn’t recommend Eimear enough if you are looking for a vocal coach & overall great teacher. She is amazing!!

I have been taking singing lessons with Eimear for almost 2 years now and within that time I have felt my singing technique and confidence improve tremendously. I have studied with other singing teachers in the past but none have come close to teaching me as much as Eimear has taught me. She explains things clearly until you understand what it is you need to change to get the desired sound, she thoroughly goes through every piece you work on to make sure it is as good as it can be and she works you hard, not letting you get away with bad habits or potentially harmful technique, which I really appreciate, all whilst making the lessons positive and enjoyable. She really helped me in my preparations for drama school auditions, I definitely wouldn't have achieved places on foundation and degree courses without her guidance.
