What an easy choice for me after I spoke to Gavin. I was shopping online for a new TV,having not been on the market for a TV for 8 years I was clueless and stressed on choosing one, I went into Richer Sounds and Gavin explained everything in detail from all the different makes and models what they excel at and guided me for my personal requirements for PS5 HD gaming, easy menus to navigate and the pros and cons I should expect from each model etc. Great easy experience I will definitely return, ThanksGreat customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased a Samsung TV from Richer Sounds York. Customer service was first rate when I first called to discuss the potential purchase. They reserved the TV in store and even carried it to my car in the Piccadilly car park. Once purchased, there was a very unusual problem with the installation. After 2 telephone conversations with the store manager Dylan - they had a second TV delivered to my house and took the problem TV away with 48 hours. Can't argue with that level of customer service and problem solving. Will use them again - Highly recommended.

Mis-sold an overpriced TV to my elderly parents. Were told that LG no longer made mid range TVs (a lie) and pushed to a Samsung which has never worked properly. This was once a great store, no longer.

Shop staff are happy to sell to you but when the item fails, as the majority of mine have, the after sales service is a joke. DBS the York repair contractors are without doubt the worst I have ever dealt with. I will never purchase from Richer Sounds again.

However being Saturday afternoon Kevin paced the order which was delivered by 8:30 AM on Monday. From enquiry to purchase a positive experience. 5 well deserved stars today

One of the few shops in the city centre that I rate highly due to decent prices warranty and helpful sales staff, first port of call for a new TV, access to load up restricted due to cente location and is limited by size for display of goods
