My landlords have used Pimlico Building several times now (for roofing, painting, and doing the bathroom) and every time I have been impressed by the clear communication, their punctuality, expertise and friendliness. They are well organised, and have always finished the jobs well.

Pimlico Building recently completed works for us. We were very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism throughout the project. They worked hard to stick to timelines and budgets, and we were kept up-to-date every step of the way. We felt like we were in safe hands and it was clear that they cared about giving us the best level of service possible. We will definitely be using them again for our future projects. Pimlico Building Ltd did a fantastic job refurbishing our flat. The standard of work was very high, the builders communicated every step of the way, they worked quickly and were extremely respectful of the neighbours. We are especially grateful because a cowboy builder had started the work as a result of which the electrics had been condemned and most builders would not take on such a job. We can't recommend Pimlico Building Ltd highly enough.

Pimlico completed some underpinning and bathroom refurbishment work in our rental property (I am the tenant) and they were very professional, conscientious and tidy. The works were completed ahead of schedule and to a high standard, and Sammy and his team showed a great deal of care for minimising the impact on us as tenants during the process.

We have done a lot of work on our house over the years and therefore have a lot of experience in working with tradesmen and builders. By and large Sammy is one of the most communicative and professional. He is prompt with quotes, has a large team and can get work done quickly. We recently had a flat roof replaced and a glass sky roof installed - about 3 days of work but nice weather needed. The team was prompt, courteous and produced a high quality product - they knew what they were doing and advised us along the way- everyone spoke English which is also rare to find in the team onsite. They take the job seriously no matter how big or small. I would call again without question.

Sammy and his team did a wonderful job refurbishing our Pimlico flat. Nothing was too much trouble to them and they took great care with every aspect of the work, down to the last detail. They worked hard to complete the job on time, but without compromising on quality, which really impressed us. They were positive and enthusiastic throughout the project, and good at problem solving. We are delighted with the results.

Sammy and his team supported us in repairing the railings outside the front of our house in London. Everything was brilliant from start to finish and I would recommend him to anyone! The initial response to our issue was dealt with really quickly, as was everything else from the quote, to the work, to the follow up to confirm we were happy with the job! We recently used Pimlico to renovate our home. Sammy and his team were professional and proactive. We recieved regular photo and video updates and Sammy was always available to answer our questions and ensured flexibility in every aspect of the renovation works. We were extremely happy with the end result and Sammy and site manager, Marlon, made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the results before concluding the works, which were also completed within the time frame predicted. Sammy and his team did a very good job at my London Basement flat. His team removed and replaced my steps, tiled the outside area and waterproof rendered outside walls. The team was friendly and conscientious and I was very happy with the quality of the work. Everything was done in a timely fashion.
