Fantastic place. Small, quiet gym with no posers anywhere. Got just the right equipment you need. Pool is fantastic as is the Jacuzzi. Steam room doesn't smell of menthol like it used to though. Top place.

This place was a great find. Pool is heated, just what I was looking for. Cheryl is the swimming instructor & a very good One… Adam is very welcoming at the front desk, and very helpful. Think this helps to create a calming atmosphere. Thanks guys:)

My 3YO's swimming lessons are in this pool. Pool is quiet enough for the lesson. Changing room can get a little crowded so we arrive almost ready to minimise time in the changing room beforehand.

My mum and I had a wonderful day at this spa. Best part was the treatments. We had a hot stone massage and a facial and they were fantastic. Recommend

Lovely place to spend your free time actively. Not overcrowded gym area, friendly staff. Swimming pool and extra facilities like jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

There's a lady here, Leigh, that does spa treatments and she's FABULOUS. Total professional which can't be said for all therapists. Her treatments are worth every penny.
