Called in to look for dining table and chairs spoke to Carol who was so helpful, taking her time and advising us on the best fit fir our dining room as we unsure on a round or rectangle dining table. She showed us different styles looked a pictures if our new kitchen so everything blends well. Bought table and chairs plus office desk with shelving and chair. Lots of discounts and easy affordable payments with 0% finance. Excellent service highly recommend.

Really great experience. Mat was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we bought the sofa in exactly the colour and configuration we wanted. He also went the extra mile to help us colour match the leather to an existing chair.(We also had a good laugh!)Thanks again for all your help!

Recently bought a dining table with four chairs. I was pleased with product stylish + modern. It hasn't been delivered yet, so unable to say how it looks + lasts once it get used.Jason at the Aintree store helped me. He was polite and helpful without being at all pushy and patient, because I changed my mind a couple of times.The store, its selection, help I received from Jason was all first class and I would have given it all 5 starts if it wasnt for the really over the top delivery charge - but again I have to say Jason was really good and secured me a great deal with this.Catherine

A good shopping experience. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable, We asked lots of questions and he answered all of the well. He had a great sense of humour and we felt completely at ease and not pressurised like some stores. His friendly and competent manor led us to buy an item. Great choice of furniture at a competitive rate. Have visited the store a few times and ended up back to order my pieces. Darren assisted me and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Listened to me and advised me on my need. Would recommend Furniture village and would head straight back to Darren if available. Oh and the complimentary fresh cookies and hot drinks add that extra personal touch esp if you have children with you.

Me and my partner were served by Danielle today, who was absolutely wonderful. Her service was brilliant, she was so friendly and welcoming , and she made sure we had every detail we needed regarding our purchase. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely recommend Danielle!

Danielle was excellent at advising me throughout the process of buying a new sofa, explaining each different option clearly and calmly. She did a fantastic job throughout. The only issue I had was not getting closure on whether she decided to have her dad’s lamb chops or go to the chippy for tea!
