Called out for an electrical fault . Colin was really pleasant on the phone ..sent an engineer out straight away. Micheal fixed the problem for us . Polite and friendly and explained things as he went about his work . Would not hesitate to call them out again . Well done PEG. Brilliant service.

Great Solar Panels!Had solar panels fitted by the team at P.E.G end of July. Very professional team, turned around in a couple of days. Electricians had such attention to detail, very neat job. Unlike some companies I’ve seen they use an experienced roofer to fit the panels. Great price and seeing the savings in our pocket immediately. Set up app is brilliant to track generate, usage, and export. Battery system extends the time using self generated energy right through the day.Fast and responsive to queries. Fantastic service. Called them at 9.15am in the morning due to a boiler breakdown. Had the problem fixed within the hour. Very reasonable price considering it was an emergency. I really don't mind paying for quality service and PEG definitely deliver on that! Thanks Lads.

I highly recommend PEG. Excellent service, very professional. They came out and sorted my boiler at short notice. I was so impressed I commissioned them to instal the wiring for my hot tub. The engineer from Canadian Spa said in 15 years he has only ever seen 1 other installation wiring to such a high standard with seperate fuse box and armoured cable. Highly recommend

Peg installed a new boiler for me last year , I’ve had nothing but trouble with it. They installed a faulty part and so the trouble began. They are a bunch of cowboys. I am a 62 year old lady that lives alone - these cowboys took advantage of that. Had them out again couple days ago - he said job was sorted , no it’s not the pump has broken. The guy was intimidating and said not to call them again. I will get an independent gas boiler engineer out.

Could not rate these guys enough. Moved in to a new house, was told by British Gas the boiler was unsafe. Called these guys the same day and were giving me reasonable quotes the next day and such good advice to what my needs were and my budget. The day after that I had my new boiler fitted. These guys did more than what i expected of them and even fixed the shoddy cabling from the previous one and made it professional. Thank you PEG

Needed a reliable electrician to replace majority of switch/socket covers throughout the house. PEG Services were brilliant in all aspects of their service. Professional and courteous over the phone, turned up on time. Did a brilliant job and tidied up afterwards. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic company always putting customer first. I have experienced 3 leaks in the last year and PEG have been able to attend within a few hours and resolve to minimise the damage.On the last visit my water tank had a slight leak and the engineer advised they have a record of failing. PEG was able to book me in quickly to remove the tank and fit a new combi boiler. I live in a 3 storey house so was reluctant to swap as was worried the water pressure for shower etc would not he enough. PEG advised it would not be an issue and they was right. I now have a new more efficient Alpha boiler with a 13 year parts and labour warranty with hot water on demand. The engineers who fitted the boiler were punctual always arriving on time and very polite. They always cleaned up and went above and beyond. They fitted the new boiler higher up on the wall on my request to completely hide the boiler. The brick around the existing flu hole was cut out and new bricks put in place you wouldn't of known a flu was ever there. I have never known a company to do this before they go the extra mile.I am a very happy customer and will be using PEG for all my electrical and plumbing needs in the future.
