First time at Specsavers Aldridge, found the staff very helpful & friendly, a chap called Philip helped me from beginning to end , deserves a medal I highly recommend him, I know he is still learning aspects of the job but I say well done hope he goes far.

Just had my first eye appointment at the new Specsavers at Aldridge. What a lovely opticians staff were very helpfull. Matt from audiology was so helpfull and informative and very professional. Susanna greeted us with a lovely smile and full of enthusiasm and so professional. Would recommend to anyone to go to this opticians all staff gave 100%Also Becky who did my eye test was lovely too and very efficient

Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Aldridge
I visited on a Saturday for my hearing test and the following Wednesday for my new aids. The audiologist was very polite and obliging and she explained the new aids in depth. She was very professional and did not rush though the whole procedure. I am extremely pleased with my new aids and would highly recommend her and Specsavers Aldridge.
