I wasn't sure what to expect, especially since the prices for the providers at LaTahzan charge far less than other places. But I have been very impressed so far. I'm from the US, and I needed to establish a provider here in the UK. As anyone reading this probably knows, while having health coverage at a reasonable price through the NHS is a major comfort, the wait time to see specialists is currently extreme. So to the private sector I went!Based on the prices, I half expected a doctor who would cut things short or who might even be kind of shady. Instead, I found Dr. Abdelhamid to be professional and very thorough. I also wondered if the difference in our cultural backgrounds might affect some of the things we talked about, but he's very understanding and clearly has a variety of perspectives to draw from. I felt affirmed and respected.LaTahzan also handles unexpected events well. I had originally booked with a different provider who ended up calling out sick the day before. I would have panicked if they had canceled, because I was running low on my medications. But even before they notified me of the situation, the administrative team had found another provider to keep the same appointment time. And even though Dr. A. usually charges more than the one I had picked, they told me I wouldn't pay anything additional. I didn't even have to ask.The email correspondence has been astonishingly prompt. I even got an email reply after 8pm on a Sunday! The same person has been helping me, which is great because that means I don't have to keep retelling someone what's going on.The appointment times are convenient, and everyone explains things very well so I know what to expect moving forward.My only wish is that I could keep working with them once I'm back in the US next year. Until then, I'm very glad I went with this company.

I am sorry to say that I was disappointed with the event. The event was supposed to be fitting our culture and religion but it was far away from it. The music was so loud and it was very noisy. It was very difficult to talk even to the person sitting next to you. One good thing was the food.

Very helpful and nice. The time went by so fast, was enjoying the conversation a lot. He even gave me some extra time at the end when the session ran over which I was very grateful for.
