I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and utter dismay following my recent interaction with Rosanas. My experience can only be described as a calamitous chain of events involving substandard products and an appalling display of customer service.The roses my bf had purchased from your establishment were not just disappointing; they were abysmal. Within hours of bringing them home for my birthday, they displayed signs of neglect, sporting holes and blackening petals, culminating in their premature demise overnight. This level of quality is not only unacceptable but a blatant betrayal of trust in your brand especially for the price I would expect them to last longer than supermarket roses!Expecting redress, I made the regrettable decision to return to your store, only to be met with an insufferably rude staff member. Despite clear and repeated explanations that the flowers were not exposed to any external heat source, this individual adamantly insisted on accusing me of negligence, deflecting responsibility for the deplorable state of your product. She was extremely rude and was brushing off whatever I had to say!In a begrudging attempt to rectify the situation, I reluctantly accepted a replacement bouquet, although it was evident that these flowers lacked the freshness I anticipated. Alas, the vicious cycle repeated itself, as this second batch met the same untimely demise within a day, signifying an appalling lack of quality control on your end.What truly compounded my dismay was the dismissive and unwelcoming demeanor of your staff member, who not only exhibited rudeness but also implied that I was a habitual returnee seeking replacements, despite this being my first ever visit to your store for such an issue.The abysmal quality of your products, coupled with the abhorrent customer service, has left me not just dissatisfied but appalled. I am profoundly disappointed by this experience and deeply question whether I can trust your brand in the future.I implore you to take immediate and substantive action to rectify these systemic issues, safeguard the quality of your offerings, and instill a sense of professionalism within your staff.I eagerly await a swift and decisive resolution to this matter.

They've offered me the best quote for what I needed and I've called a lot of flower shop. Quick and reliable payment over the phone, my flowers were delivered in no time and the most important, She was so happy because the roses were beautiful!

Thank you for creating such a wonderful Kingfisher flower tribute for my sisters funeral, she would have so happy with it. So many people commented on how lovely it was. Angela x

Unfortunately my beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered for my 50th birthday did not last more than 4 days due to the extreme heat we’ve been having. I was disappointed but didn’t feel I could complain as the weather is not the fault of the florist. I emailed them and today a different, just as beautiful bunch was delivered. This is amazing service and really made my day today. Well done for great customer service which is so often lacking with other suppliers these days.

Honestly save your money and go somewhere else, I brought some flowers yesterday I rang and explained what I wanted that I seen on the website and she said that’s fine everything was okay she took my number and said it will be ready for me when I got thereWhen I got to the shop I was given something completely different she told me “it’s not the season for them flowers “ but only after I showed what she was advertising online,The roses were dead /dying in what she gave and she was upset for me saying it’s false advertising and she had my number to tell me of any changes.In the end I had to settle for something because it was last minute birthday presentIf you can’t deliver what you are advertising please speak to the customer and keep them involved if I knew this would have been the result I would have gone to a local shop in my area.

For Valentine’s Day, I called and asked for the person on the phones personal choice about flowers and they were excellent. A great selection of flowers that looked nice together, and lasted a while. However the reason why this review is three stars is because today on Mother’s Day, an important day for everyone and a busy time for the business, my flowers were given to someone else, who apparently has the same name as me and number. According to staff they called my number and the guy on the other side said he was coming in two minutes and he took the flowers that I paid for online. When I went to collect my flowers during my pick up time I was told my flowers were already taken and given a substitute product instead. The substitute product was a 5/10 compared to the 10/10 flowers I had ordered. I understand the business goes through busy periods such as Mother’s Day but there should be thorough checks on the people collecting pre paid products, such as a reference code check as I believe the shop does issue reference codes to people however they do not check this when people come to collect. Overall I’ve purchased flowers twice from here, the first time was so nice, I had to do it twice but I didn’t get the same results. 3/5 stars from me

Had my Mother’s Day flowers from my children delivered from here & really disappointed that they would send something in such poor condition. My daughter asked for lots of bright colours but what I received is mainly very pale yellow/cream (this doesn’t bother me but upset my daughter as it’s not what she asked for). The issue is the state of the flowers. They have brown petals & some even covered in mould!!!

Great local florist with huge variety of fresh flowers daily. They have already prepared bouquets available early in morning. Super friendly and professional staff , highly recommended for any occasion flowers.

Fantastic florist, the Staff are friendly and efficient, they made me a bouquet whilst I waited, very quick and it was stunning. Well presented, competitive pricing and good range. I was even offered a drink whilst I waited!
