Excellent service from Jack. Needed someone to check loft space in case there were rodents in there. He was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained the process of elimination if required over the phone first, along with costs upfront. He was punctual, courteous and professional. He patched up a hole he spotted on the outside of the building to prevent anything getting in. I would highly recommend Jack. Thank you!

I cannot thank Derrick enough for giving me some valuable advice on treating bedbugs at my 98 year old grandmothers flat during lockdown where the council would not come out to help .
