Cottage and setting lovely. The problem was with owners, they promised to return the £100 deposit within a week after holiday finished. Four months later, phone calls - unanswered, various emails also unanswered and the promise of 'the cheque is in the post's. Nothing. I find this dishonest and unprofessional . Very disappointed.

Escaped to this beautiful and comfortable setting for calm and tranquility with my partner and 3yr old daughter. The house is more than big enough for two families, and grandparents who came to visit for the night. My daughter loved the secret hidden staircases, going in the rowing boat and as she put it 'visiting the ducks' (less than 5 metres away) and also loved making sand castles and ''duck soup (soup for ducks) on the beach beside the nearest pub (Pleasure Boat Inn). (We rowed there in the boat!)Highly recommend this if you love nature

Stunning views over The Broads, fantastic local walks and everything you need in a house when you go away. An amazing place to escape from the fast pace of modern life and come back feeling refreshed. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.

Quaint holiday cottage, lovely quiet location looking over the Broad, only 10 minutes walk to a good pub, and 3 miles to a town. Be aware that many doorways are low, so banged heads are likely, and the access to one bedroom is via a very narrow steep staircase or via another bedroom. For us it was a very nice place.
