Always good experience visiting b&q. Got some nice indoor plants today

Fantastic support from Harry who works in ‘kitchens’ a super chap he helped me find a suitable kitchen sink and he did not hesitate to be complimentary and always with a smile. His colleague a young lady too was also very helpful she kept the packaging that was all torn which was a practical idea. I’ll look for these guys next time I return to this store my shopping experience made a whole lot easier by them.

Have been using this branch as it's my local. Staff are helpful and there lots of choice. Quality products are a decent price. The wood cutting service is excellent and Trevor is the man to see not the new fella who messed up the cuts and they had to give me a complimentary section, they did this under duress. My son wanted a pirate ship light fitting that he saw by the wallpaper section, so l got it and fitted it recently. The light fitting is nice however the quality is lacking but l did pay approximately £25 as it was on offer. I certainly wouldn't have paid £40 for it. It was a headache as l had to make an extra hole in the ceiling as the bracket wouldn't align with the previous holes. Overall this is a good place and l feel it's better than Wickes as Wickes feels like it's tailored for the trade, despite the general public being allowed to use it. The refurbished public toilets are of a very high standard and l wish they stay in that condition. I recommend this branch as l have used it for over 15 years with very little to complain about.

It was my first time using the key cutter machine in B&Q, it was quick, however, the down side of it was you needed the correct change as no given.

Not impressed. The person we were due to see regarding planning a new kitchen was 20- 25 mins late. As we got up to leave we were told he had just arrived but was speaking to another customer, At this point we got up and left. If we can travel and arrive on time at least there should be someone at the other end to say we are there. You just have to hang aroundThere appears to be no booking in system and very few staff to ask for help

This shop has almost everything you need to build a whole house, all the materials are avaliable. Beside you can find accessories for home and kitchen.It is similar to Lawes or ACE in the US. However the prices are not comparable, it is much cheaper back in the states.Parking is not an issue here. You can pay be cards or cash.

Very big store offering lots of diy products for the casual DIYer or tradesperson. Prices seem reasonable across the store and ample staff are available. Some inspirational kitchen displays have recently been launched and worth a visit.

Won't ever go there again never nobody to help you,went in for paint asked member of staff because the paint on the shelf was a return it had been opened asked if they had anymore she said she would discount it,asked if she could get anyone to take it to till as I'm not allowed to strain due to recent brain surgery she said no I've got a bad back so I left it on the floor,got new paint from Screwfix,plenty of staff at this store but nobody ever willing to help, absolute rubbish IL never use b&q again IL use Toolstation or Screwfix at least they help you the nan took paint to car for me,my mum could not lift it,but b&q rubbish, especially wednesbury store really rubbish store,very hard to find stuff you need,and quality is rubbish,hope it closes down, and very rude staff
