Complete disgrace, spent tens of thousands of pounds on a kitchen. first week, cupboard draw facia came off. Also, one of the kitchen units was designed and fitted too close to the wall meaning that when you open the door to acess the draws, the draws scrape against the inside of the cupboard. Also, the opening where the free standing fridge and freezer is placed is too narrow meaning that you can't open the fridge doors properly and you can't therefore open the draws inside the fridge. The extractor fitted has broken and the fittings have cracked. Oh and the design did not include actually connecting the extractor to the loft. So naturally it extracts from the cooker top goes though a cupboard and extracts to a ceiling in the same room!.Now. I appreciate that mistakes can happen and as long as they can be rectified then in my book it is never a problem. However, as the date of writing this I have called JNK Kitchen on 23 seperate occasions. I have also emailed them on a number of occasions detailing the issues.These issues were all identified in November 2022 someone from the company finally came out around April 2023 and still, after numerous attempts to chase them not one single thing has actually been put right by them. Nor do I currently have a date when it will.I'm sure the kitchen is great if everything actually works but if you do decide to give them your business then just pray that they get it right because from my experience they will just fob you off and hope you go away if you have any issues with the installation.
