Robbie was exceptional from start to end - he took a lot of time at each stage, first of all spending time listening to what we wanted and really listening to us as well as trying to give us a few options to consider. He gave us great detailed advice on how the planning permission process would work and any obstacles we may face.Would defiantly recommend no matter how big or small your project is.

- I decided to get an architect to help me design and plan my internal garage conversion along with some extra home renovation work. The thought of randomly finding a builder and getting the work done correctly without drawings or planning and building control approval was too risky. Having a design upfront for the builder to see was more reassuring to me.- I found Rob on Yelp after reading his reviews.- Rob visited my home and I explained my project to him. He was very attentive, made some great suggestions and explained the whole process and the services he provides.- There are not many architects local to Luton so I was very happy to find Rob.- Through his services I have now got a set of high quality drawings that have planning and building control approval.- I am now in the final stage of Tendering my project to builders recommended by Rob for a quote. So I will try and upload a follow up review once I have chosen the builder and when the project is completed.- Rob is trustworthy, has a very good, personality, a good listener, is professional and hardworking.- He has a high attention to detail which is reflected in a set of high quality drawings- He is a good communicator and was very patient with me as I asked lots of questions and changed my mind on the design many times.- His prices are competitive.- I highly recommend Rob to help design your project as he has a lot of years experience in this.
