Garramor Cottage

Garramore cottage is very clean and very spacious. In the cottage, there is everything you need and more. At the back, there is a decking area with chairs and a table also reclining seats and BBQ. When we arrived there was wine and milk in the fridge that was lovely. I can't recommend this cottage enough; it's amazing.

We had a great stay here. Clean, comfortable and a cracking location for exploring the Highlands.

Sad to see you can't stay at Garramore house but good to see it looked after. Peacock's seem to be gone from the grounds now

Garramor Cottage is a bright and modern cottage in a fairly popular area of Western Scotland, very close to Morar and Mallaig. It is quite clean and very well appointed, and in a wooded area with all the accompanying wildlife like birds and deer that that brings. It has a comfortable lounge, a great shower, and an extremely comfortable king-size (in width) bed. Eileen was very communicative and even contacted us to warn of us a possible local fuel shortage! We were honoured to be able to photograph the Northern Lights one evening which was a real highlight, and we spent other days walking the local area which has a great number of white beaches with green seas. We also visited Inverie on the Knoydart Peninsula by passenger ferry boat which was well worth the, relatively low fee, and Inverie is quite stunning. Overall staying in Garramor was a delight and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were really able to explore the wonderful local area.
