Viscount Cruises - Westminster Pier

We had a fabulous experience with Viscount Cruises when we booked our private cruise. They went out of their way to accommodate us, were warm and friendly throughout the whole process and made our experience on the Thames a fabulously enjoyable one. The ship itself had great facilities, plenty of room and comfortable seating as well as a fully stocked bar. Whilst on the river the skipper George took us wherever we wanted to go, whilst being extremely helpful and insightful. I would gladly recommend their services to anyone looking for a bespoke experience on the river Thames. Thanks again to Viscount Cruises!

Well overdue, but had my birthday party last year and had the most amazing time. The team were super helpful and made it as stress free as possible. Would highly recommend.

Craig and his team were excellent hosts for our Aussie rules football club's (the London Swans) annual boat party in the summer. The evening ran very smoothly, and everyone was buzzing with positive feedback. To top it off, the staff were friendly and great fun!We hope to continue booking with Viscount Cruises again in 2023 and beyond. Thanks for having us!

I hired the London Rose for my sister's Hen Party and it was absolutely brilliant. I couldn't believe that it was such a reasonable price for such a large vessel - especially in central London on a Saturday night! Craig was really accommodating with access for me to measure up beforehand and decorate on the day. He also answered any questions I had really promptly over email. We had the BBQ food on the night which was brilliant - it was high quality food and there was loads of it. The staff on the night were just amazing - a big thank you to Jack and the rest of the crew - caterers, bar staff and DJ included - thank you all for making it such a brilliant night. I would definitely recommend these guys for any celebration.

We had a fabulous tour on the London Rose last week and everyone in the group of over 70 people enjoyed the experience. The boat was cleaned for our arrival, prompt in departing and the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The catering was also excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend Viscount Cruises.

Held a Hen party on the viscount and it was the best night ever, thanks so much to Craig and the team for making it so easy. We were able to book any pier along the thames which was really convenient. The DJ was amazing and even hosted Karaoke for us. 10/10 would book again, great value and the bride absolutely loved it!

I am so happy with the service received from Viscount Cruises! Although we had rain everyone was happy and the dance floor on the bottom deck was a nice surprise too! Amazing views of London. Craig and his team went above and beyond their call of duty. Fantastic service throughout, from the start of the booking, food requirements, organising the sound system, helping me decorate...they were amazing and made the whole experience enjoyable. It was so good we pencilled in a date for next year! Thanks again!

We drove from Greenwich towards the Eye and it was very interesting with stories about the history of buildings and of the London itself

Clean boat, polite service and well priced. Drinks in the boat were awesome. It was a perfect choice on a cold windy day. We got to be warm and still see London from the river.
