2nd visit today for routine check.All staff friendly and polite. I’m a nervous patient but my dentist was patient and explained every step of my treatment, (I had some fillings to reduce sensitivity),giving me time to ask questions and offering reassurance.Very good service. I’d highly recommend

Moved to this practice after my previous one shut up shop for everyone but private patients and it was a blessing in disguise! Whole family (toddler included) were seen today and the service was excellent for us all. Quick, efficient and polite staff along with good guidance from the dentist. Really really happy with the experience and would recommend. Refreshing experience following previous practice. Thank you!

Excellent service from Mr Waheed who extracted three of my teeth yesterday. I was very anxious and he was very gentle and kind.I can honestly say it was totally pain free from start to finish. Would highly recommend this dental surgery.

My wife and I attended for our initial registration appointments, we found the practice well laid out with separate entry and exit doors and check in and check out desks. Very efficient! The staff were polite and efficient.Our dentist Vipin made us feel relaxed and was very patient.Overall it was a very good experience, like most people we were not looking forward to going, but we needn’t have worried.

We had a family appointment 15th November. Wonderful dentist, so informative, calming and through. He was able to do four fillings the same time after a very through examination. He was very calming during the drilling and was letting me know when nearing the end of each part of the process. Also before he explained the cost, which is so helpful. After my treatment he was so patient and kind as I was unable to quickly get up of the chair due to my disabilities.My son's examination was straightforward and he gave advise that he was brushing a little to hard and gave great advise on a better technique of brushing to prevent enamel erosion later in life.My partner's examination was also a straightforward with some useful advice.As a first visit to this practice we was very impressed. Its very busy. The reception area is very spacious and very disabled friendly. Receptionist very friendly and efficient.All in all 10/10 service.

This is the nicest, friendliest dental practice I have ever been to. I was referred by a friend who raves about them. My dentist is such a lovely lady. She keeps me calm. I have just had 4 teeth removed with another appointment to get through but I am still smiling thanks to how lovely she was. I would highly recommend getting on the waiting list. It's worth it.

To be honest this is the best dentist I attended in many many years. I am happy with the treatment and everyone is very nice and polite.Just one thing- please fix your phones as getting in touch with you is impossible. I recommended you to my friends and they couldn’t get through when they called several times to get an appointment. But overall yes, I always recommend you as you are the best in Northampton by far. I have been attending Shams Moopen Dental Care for a number of years and have always received excellent treatment. More recently, I had to book an emergency appointment which I was given the same morning. I saw my usual dentist, a lovely, caring lady who really puts you at ease. She did an x-ray which didn't show anything but as there was some swelling and I was in a great deal of pain, she prescribed me antibiotics with instructions to come and see her again within the week if things didn't improve.The next day I experienced side effects to the antibiotic but as these wore off and I was otherwise alright, I didn't do anything. I experienced similar side effects the next morning, rung the practice was told to stop the antibiotics immediately and I would be given a new prescription to collect. A short while late my dentist telephoned me to check if I was alright. She also said she had given me another prescription which I should be alright with, but if not to stop taking and contact her again asap if necessary. I have a number of allergies, including penicillin, but fortunately, the new antibiotic has been fine and no side effects. More importantly, my tooth is only very slightly tender and no swelling, so I am feeling much better.Thank you so much for your care and kindness which is very much appreciated.

I had my first appointment here today alongside my daughter. Every member of staff, from receptionist to dentist, was welcoming and friendly. During the appointment, the dentist explained everything that was happening and why, which made me feel at ease. They were also amazing with my daughter as she was unsure being only her 2nd time at the dentists. The receptionist was also very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
