Brilliant from start to finish. Called out to give me a quotation pretty quickly. The sales team very knowledgable about their units, and very competitive. The fitting team were the most polite ,professional and TIDY work people we had in our house. The fitters went through the operational side on completion. The room was tidied and furniture moved back into place.. perfect !

Spoke with Dave initially for a bit of advice and guidance on installing an air conditioning unit into our main bedroom, he could not have been more helpful and professional despite the mad rush for air con given the current weather!Dave was more than happy to answer any questions and concerns that we had prior to installation and was very helpful in terms of helping us to choose the specific unit that we went for in the end.On the day Dave and Chris were very friendly and professional, helping to choose the best location for the outside unit and even helping to relocate the shed so that the unit was in the best possible position. All the work was carried out quickly and they left very little mess.The finished unit looks fantastic, and the quality of the installation was brilliant. Could not be happier with the levels of service and price wise were very competitive.Thankful we got the unit fitted as its been a god send in the heatwave!Would not hesitate to recommend Dave and his team

Very pleased with our Midea installation undertaken by Thermocool Soultions. Dave was very helpful and patient answering questions throughout the building of the extension the unit heats/ cools. Dan and Jordan did a very neat installation, cleverly disguising the drain behind the guttering and encasing the pipework in ducting. The cost was as quoted despite our build taking much longer than expected during crazy inflation rises.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, no VAT, heating and cooling from one unit, what's not to like!
