Had my haircut by Freya , was perfect and just how I wanted. Very polite staff and lovely atmosphere

Freya is great! She asked me lots of questions to ensure she knew what I wanted and continued to check. It was clear they were busy but all staff were friendly and took the time to make sure everyone was happy and comfortable!Highly recommended!

So so so happy with my Perm by Vanessa ♥️ I have had 2 perms with her now, a year apart from each other as she educated me on how to look after my perm and deduce any damage. I will never go to anyone else, she is the perm queen. Thank you Vanessa ♥️

I had a very bad experience.one of the staff cut my hair in very badshape..so I will not recommend this to any one

Have been so happy with Sam and my colours. Today I was shocked at my treatment by Vanessa, it is not ok to shout in the customers face and tell them “you need to learn to listen” I was flabbergasted as she stood next to her boss with a tirade of defensive statements and blame .I had a perm last week and am not happy with it.my previous hairdressers used to cut a lock of hair and test it for suitability. Not here they perm the top half leaving the bottom looking completely out of sinc. Never have a perm here. This is the statement on their website‘We’re a salon offering professional hair services for everyone in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Client care is our number one priority and we pride ourselves on our customers’ loyalty.’Unbelievably untrue, very shocked and disappointed at my treatment today, they are only nice if you are happy with everything! I was blamed for not having my hair trimmed enough, I’ve even had trims in the salon, incredibly rude!
