Got key and chip for my 15yr old van. Got key blank ordered in a couple of days and cut while I went shopping, working great. Far cheaper than car dealer or other independent locksmith. Good friendly service, many thanks.

I went there to get a key cut, came home didn't work, went back the next day re-cut another 1 for me came home didn't work, went back again for a 3rd time cut me yet another one got home and sure enough didn't work 3 attempts and still can't get it right absolute joke and to think I was charged 8 pound and messed around on 3 separate occasions I would strongly recommend to go elsewhere because they haven't got a clue here!!

Picked up my car keys paid £15 after nocking him down from £30 the chap today was a most ignorant no thank you or anything just placed the keys on the counter I had to ask is that it ? Nice to see his manners class lesson at school wasn’t wasted ?! Never again

I cant believe the price I paid for just a normal front door key. I'm so shocked I couldn't even say anything to the guy cutting it which took 3 seconds to make. Thanks it does work but £8.00 REALLY. my husband went mad.

Sorted out my car key central locking problem in less than 20 minutes im very greatful would of cost me hundreds taking it to the manufacturer thankyou so much

Left my Tissot watch for a battery replacement last Friday, was told to come back after 30min. When I came back, the manager of the store told me he couldn't get the watch to work and asked me to leave the watch with him. To have a further look. I left my number and was supposed to get a call back on Saturday. I didn't hear anything and went to the store on Sunday. The battery wasn't replaced, there was no communication between the manager and his colleague who was covering him and when I got my watch back I've noticed numerous scratches to the back of the watch when attempting to open it and the clasp was turned in the opposite direction. I was also quoted a price of £94 for the lifetime warranty and £54 for a year warranty. I got a battery for £3 and replaced it myself after a 3min online tutorial. Enough said, make your own conclusions.

Had a car key cut today on 18/08/23 at around 3pm after my key snapped in the lock of my car, the lad at the store was a massive help and sorted my problem in no time and was very friendly, thanks for saving the day.

Went & got my sons first key & keyring here, amazing service with a smile, very kind & polite gentleman who runs it, would definitely recommend, great prices too!
