Wouldn't leave a dog in this place

My granny 91 sadly has just passed away but she had a 10 month period staying in Dunmurry manor firstly down stairs in the residential floor which she was very happy she loved her wee room which was very homely and looked out onto the courtyard. She loved the bingo and the music in the main room and always told us about the amount of food they got and that it was all lovely. The girls painted her nails and done her makeup for her which was important to my granny. But after a short stay in hospital she was moved upstairs to the nursing area , in which we knew she wasn’t well. The staff in this area were so caring and where constantly checking on her making her comfortable. We have a large family and the staff accommodated us all in the final days . I can’t tell you how well we were all looked after and how understanding the staff were if we had been in a hospital we would not have gotten this personal attention and peaceful last few days. We are all very grateful for every member of staff that we came across in Dunmurruy manor.
