Nice furniture but you are left to put it together yourself I.e put the screws under the chairs. Delivery men can't because they are having to go next job. Wouldn't go there again.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE , Stanley was very helpful at the store (before we paid) but from there on it has been a nightmare , DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF HEADACHES AND JUST WALK PAST ,delivery and customer service team are useless , so don't ever take time off work waiting for your order , and don't get rid of your old furniture , unless you have a comfortable floor to sit on for a week or 3

Our visit was to look at a sofa and chair, and a set of wardrobes . We were impressed with the quality and finish of the ones that interested us , and the sales service from Daz was as good as it gets . He couldn't do enough for us . Our order was placed and a delivery date given .We recieved a text with an earlier date and delivery was agreed. Brilliant ! We are more than happy with our purchase and would highly recommend a visit .

The worst experience I have ever experienced when buying furniture, the after sales is horrendous, when submitting a photo, the woman asked me what she was supposed to be looking at, when you could clearly see the hole in the chair, they don't open emails and then tell you they haven't received them. We have given up, it's gone on that long. I've given it one star because I can't post this without doing so.

We visited the store today to buy a corner sofa . We were greeted by Stanley Cannon from sales and guided throughout our purchase. Very friendly, polite and professional. He was later joined by his manager, Mr.Ian Mcleod , who was very helpful, fast, professional , overall in 15-20 min we sort out the transaction, delivery 1 week later which was great , very efficient .This was a very pleasant buying experience, would recommend anyone and we will definitely be back for more . Met a lovely salesman called Ray and his customer service and attention to detail was fantastic. He really did make us feel welcome and explained everything clearly and precisely. Even offered to buy us a cuppa from McDonalds! Good job we were planning on buying lots of stuff. Fab guy and will call again
