Served by Katie Woods, an honest credit to the bar. She went over and beyond all our requests and helped my blind husband order food at the bar by describing the food items perfectly. She has a beautiful smile and amazing attitude.

My partner and I got a meal and drinks here on Friday 1st December. The food was amazing and drinks also. But overall I must say the service was the best! We got served by a women called Shannon and she was so polite and friendly. I will definitely be back!

Was having a bit of a nightmare with flights being delayed, decided to go to the bar ended up chatting with one of the bar staff Jayne. So nice helpful and we had a good laugh! Nothing was a bother to her and the place was busy she was rushed off her feet! 10/10 service!

My wife and i were served by the lovely young lady called Katie Woods. Such a shining example of grace and etiquette. very polite and understanding. always eager to give us the best possible experience on our travels. because of her we will be visiting the lagan bar again on our travels. excellent working and amazing human being.

Bit of a queue to get served and the service was a bit slow but the atmosphere with people partying and loving life. A great way to kick off the holiday.

They take orders and payment for food that they don't have then give you a cheaper meal.....which is fine....but then it's so hard to get a refund for the difference. Rude staff, manager didn't even acknowledge I was standing there as he begrudgingly issued a refund. They did say well you can have a drink instead....but I wanted my refund....how is that so surprising? Makes me wonder how many times they do this each day ..nice little earner. The bar itself was dirty overall and the food was cold.
