Bought a reconditioned Karcher window vacuum from this company. After using the window vac we noticed that the blade connection did not click into place enabling the part to fall off.We have had no reply from our email toJMS Janitorial Supplies about the problem. We will try again..

It's funny how Cleanstore comes up with 4.7 as a Google review score but can't be found on google... and yet this, the parent company doesn't have a score anywhere near that high.Dreadful experience. half order arrived with no explanation regarding the rest of the order. Impossible to get hold of and then the wrong product arrives.I rarely write reviews but this is just beyond ridiculous and I'm so frustrated with the lack of availability and unfriendliness. I wish I could find how to comment on their alleged 4.7 out of 5 review page because that is not my experience.

They are the outlet of Karchuer refurbished seller. Its a shame the Karcher has got such a big name but the service JMS direct provided has let it down.Love the products but not the service by them.

Jms repaired my scrubber dryer today, fair price and fixed first time. Engineer was friendly and did some impromptu training to the staff whilst he was there. Good job.

As an organisation we have used JMS now for seven years. We do an annual review of all suppliers and JMS come out top on cost and efficiency every time. The staff are extremely helpful and deliveries are regular. I would not hesitate recommending anyone to this supplier.

JMS have been great, super fast delivery and good products. Tom Collins has been amazing, he has worked meticulously to find me good quality alternative products to those I was currently using and has saved me a lot of money in doing so.
