I visited Avalon as a new patient and was very impressed with the total care and professionalism. I myself work within a customer service sector and know the value of feedback. Both the receptionist and dentist were exceptionally thorough and took time to ecplain everything that was being done. The personal attention and information and advice was exemplary. Avalon Oral Care Centre in Crawley is an excellent dental practice with welcoming, friendly and very efficient staff. The service is exceptional. I have been visiting this practice for several years and I have always been really satisfied. I had dental issues since childhood and I know how difficult it can be to find a great dentist, so now I have found one, I am incredibly happy indeed! I had multiple treatments there: routine checks, hygienist, fillings, extractions , two beautifully fitted implants and finally whitening. I have always been seen and treated promptly and to highest standard. I cannot speak more highly about this dental practice and hope to remain a patient there for many years to come. Great dentist, lovely staff! Truly top service here, everything is explained 100%, and Dr Khaki makes sure you are comfortable before doing anything. The staff are all welcoming and friendly - I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I changed my dentist to Avalon just under 12 months ago having become a little frustrated with my dentist. It’s the best decision I have made with regards to my oral hygiene and dentistry.
