very happy with the service from Oscar James Burton Latimer. The moment the house went on the market they had viewings booked. Always giving feedback with in 24 hrs if not straight after the viewings. The marketing they used was fantastic high quality pictures, details and internet listing. Found a buyer with in weeks. The service kept on giving with the sales follow up getting the property to exchange and completion. Big thank you to Dominic, Rachel and the whole Oscar James team. Don't usually leave reviews but have to give credit where credit is due! Kian was very quick in answering all our queries and explaining the whole process of letting. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions/worries, which were all handled brilliantly and made our experience way more relaxed than expected. What I was so impressed with was the speed that he got things done, polite manner and just fantastic throughout. We've had some personal issues that he worked around amazingly and was so supportive - never felt any pressure. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves, thank you Kian!

Rachel listened to my overall needs and called soon after a house matching my requirements came on the market. As Rachel showed me around she didn't interrupt my thoughts or try to oversell the house, now my home, instead she let me collect the information I wanted to make a decision. Rachel’s no pressure sales attitude is admirable. If I chose to move again, I would definitely seek her out to find my next home.

Rachel Oban was very helpful and professional in dealing with me as the purchaser and nothing was too much trouble. She responded to emails and calls with a fast outcome usually the same day. She was very supportive with a stressful house purchase and made the whole process a lot less traumatic.
