Maes-Y-Coed Hand Car Wash
Scratched paintwork in various places. Failed to clean off bird mess in two places. Used foul language several times. Sign says “card or cash” but they refused to accept a card. Advertised £9 for a car but asked for £10. Shocking place. Avoid at all costs. Rude, unprofessional, poor workmanship, lazy workers. Never going there again!

Just rude personnel and poor work all the time ! Superviser acting out like he is the owner and we are bothering him. I will put 5 more driving minutes to different location from now on.

Terrible experience here, car scratched. And they tried to charge me £35 for a mini valet. Despite clear sign that it’s £22, I think it is because I’m a woman .Go elsewhere

Didnt get the van clean, told them there was still 4 blobs of bird mess still on the van and they just said sorry, cant get it off and then ushered me out of the lot. Will never go there again

Roof every time still very dirty, the cleanliness overall is not good. Wheels more less clean and the zippers on the Jackets… some don’t close their vests and the zipper is scratching the car.They refuse Card Payment only cash.I have a Mini but had to pay the highest fee. I don’t know why? It’s not a big car nor was it extremely dirty, just dust from every day.

Always come here for a car wash after work. Easier than doing it yourself! Polite and helpful staff. No problems so far. This place can be busy at times. Opening hours 08:00 - 18:00 Monday - Saturday. Not sure about opening hours on Sundays! I would recommend this place.

Worst car wash I have ever been to. Only wanted the outside done and even that wasn't cleaned properly. Everyone was so rude especially the owner and wanted to charge me extra £1 because I asked for a receipt. Will never ever use them again and recommend anyone not to go there.

Always extremely rude to me when I pull in. Loud unclear and ignorant. Then they increase prices compared to advertising boards even though my car is small. Sick of them so will be going elsewhere.
