Always call here after work. Good choices and staff are great. Always found fuel prices ok but recently they have been adding 2p on fuel every couple of days. Not really fair when he pays for fuel delivery once but adds to our cost every other day!!

Very poor customer service. Need to learn how to deal with customers. If you have a faulty item customers have a right to exchange it. The guy accused my sister of tampering with the milk she bought when she goes there every week. It was leaking and she went to exchange it but was refused and accused her for tampering with it at home. She had to buy a new one. This wouldn't happen in Tesco!

Parked here to try fix car and call for assistance, less than 40minutes and got a parking invoice for £100. Absolutely disgusting greed Esso. Wont be paying and wont be using your petrol stations again.

Darren went out of his way to be extremely helpful. I was returning a large package via DPD and two previous places had been useless. But Darren at this petrol station carried the heavy package for me and spent a long time struggling with the DPD's unsurprisingly poor software to log it into the system. Excellent!

Service with a smile. The station attendant was cheerful and was delighted to engage in small talk. Don't normally use Esso, however Tesco was closed so I found myself here, only to find cheaper unleaded than tesco. This Esso is now my go to for fuel. You can also collect nectar points, as well as spend 300 nectar points for 5p of per litre, making it even cheaper.This fuel station also has a subway, hot drinks and is open 24hr, unlike Tesco down the Rd.

I always go at night, dude that works nights is weird, everything in the store is overpriced just like any classic petrol station, you put the fuel in your car, you pay for the fuel, you drive your car. Not too difficult.

Visited this on 25th of may , the ginger teller was very rude , I don’t think he shouldn’t work on customer service as he didn’t have a helpful or friendly approachable
