Mtrec are a great company to deal with and work for, I dealt with a lady called Amy she was really polite and couldn't help me enough she listened to my needs and wants and has done an amazing job in finding something that suits my needs! she got me a job and I have now gone permanent within my role. Been working on behalf of MTrec for the past 3 months or so. Found out recently I’ll be getting kept on permanently at my job. Just want to say a massive thanks to MTrec I truly believe I’ve found my dream job. And wouldn’t have done so if it wasn’t for them. Everything from the interview process, getting contracts sent over, sorting any problems with wages, was all sorted in the most professional of manners by the agency and my consultant Yasmin. And after having not so good of a time in my first employment this has really encouraged me to get back into working and commit myself to my job. Cheers once again!

The guys at Mtrec are amazing. They support you from the onset till to the end. They do follow ups and make sure you are comfortable with your job. Before even starting for a certain job, they will explain to you what the job is all about and ask you if you are comfortable with it or not. The first two days on your new job they will check on you again and during the course of your work the regularly check on you. Which is seldom with other employers. Thanks Mtrec

Was treat really bad by this agency. Was sent on a care assistant course at Gateshead college just to line your pockets from the government. Only to be told that no care jobs were available. I felt I was given the run around right from the get go. From my experience if your face doesn’t fit there is no chance of finding employment from this agency. This experience was about 4 years ago but will never forget. As it happens I’ve been in a full time employment for over 2 years but not work your help in any way. Do not recommend this agency at all just through my personal experience.
