Good quality cleaning, a friendly note to the company that they should make sure the cleaner will stay for the full duration agreed upon because min requirement is 3 hours. Will use again in the future for one time cleaning.

I needed a deep clean for my entire 4-bedroom house just before moving in as the place was a real mess. The result after cleaning was incredible! I didn't think a kitchen and bathroom could be that clean. Alex on the phone was great, very professional, and extremely insightful when first arranging the cleaning. The cleaners were very polite, hardworking, thorough and all cleaning materials and equipment was provided. I will be using their services again!

Alex at HQ was so helpful when booking the clean and Lloyd did a fantastic job - I have genuinely never seen my windows so clean. Also did a great job on the rug clean. Would recommend and I’ll definitely be booking them again.

After nearly 5 months of extensive repairs for damp and a refurbishment, ultimate cleaners attended and did a wonderful deep clean and left every thing with a sparkle clean.Angelika and her mum were fantastic. They took over 5hrs and they were so detailed. And ensured everything was clean.The tenants are due to move in tomorrow. And couldn’t be any more pleased with the service given.Communication was great and was always informed from the initial booking to the day they were attending.I highly recommend this company and will defiantly be using them again in the future.

I had one cleaning and was really satisfied with the cleaner and the standard of cleaning. When booking the cleaning the managers were also quick to reply and understanding. However, very unfortunately the company has problems with punctuality and responsibility. When agreed for a second clean the cleaner did not turn up on the time and date agreed, I had to chase the manager and ask what is going on. I was then offered for a cleaner to come later that day or another day as if it wasn't really a big deal with the fact that I have structured and planned all my day around the cleaner and was relying on that clean to happen at the agreed time. Manager claimed it was just a one off human error but I have to mention that on the first clean also the cleaner has messaged me saying that she could not attend on the agreed date and whether we can reschedule. I had to ask the manager why is the cleaner already cancelling on the very first clean, he was not aware of this but was luckily able to find me another cleaner. The cleaner was then late by 30 mins. As this was the first time I was understanding, but then when the cleaner didn't even turn up the second time that really becomes a problem. Really time is the most valuable resource in our life and people do pay for cleaning because they are very busy and do value their time a lot so when your time is not valued by the company it is really not the standard you expect. I was also not offered any type of compensation or discount so had to cancel the service. It is really a shame and just my honest advice to this company to be more responsible with dates and times as the cleaning standard was actually good.
