Positive-Picked up my car and dropped off courtesy carNegative-Couldn’t identify the loose rattle in the suspension. Short list of niggles/issues given and little or no feedback given. No issue found. Didn’t respond to my query re the heater windscreen.Customer service agent assured me she would call me about suspension rattle once she had gone back to the workshop, and let me know when the car was being delivered back to me. She did neither. She seemed more worried about me paying the bill, which I paid immediately on request. Never heard a peep once the bill was paid.Car returned with no warning, luckily I was in.Sales experience was good from Perth, came away with the conclusion that service process is a box tick and just want to get the car out the garage and get the fee.As someone who has come from Audis and vws with no issue, I will be thinking long and hard about my options in the coming months.

My car (XE) went in today for a service plus a couple of additional minor issues. The staff phone calls received were both helpful and efficient. I was impressed at all stages between making the booking to getting the car returned. We'll done team and many thanks.

It is with profound regret that I leave a partially negative review in the hope of receiving a response.I purchased a 2007 XJ Jaguar Sovereign, via Joe Meakins. Entire purchase was undertaken via emails, due to my poor hearing, on the telephone. All went swimmingly well. Car, C4 TBF, is beautiful, and one can see why a car, of such age, was sold by a main dealer, rather than sent out to the trade.Car was delivered to my home, on Merseyside, by Andrew, who was a delight, on 10/1/2022. Unfortunately, since then I’ve had occasion to summon breakdown services twice, with the likelihood I will have to do the same soon. Flat battery. The supplied breakdown service will only attend once to the same issue. It was free, included, get what you pay for, I guess. To that end, given a clearly recurring issue, I’ve joined the RAC, at not inconsiderable expense. I am physically challenged, and cannot have a situation whereby a breakdown service refuses to attend.I shudder to think how weak the included warranty is , in the event of a legitimate claim.I have emailed Joe Mears about this issue, to which I’ve received no reply, asking if I could have a new battery, as batteries, not surprisingly, are excluded from the supplied warranty. Bitterly disappointed that someone, who was fully compliant with my wish, due to disabilities, to communicate via email, up until the vehicle handover, Is now uncommunicative.Whilst there was a fully stamped, main dealer, service record, there were no invoices whatsoever to determine what had, had not , been replaced over the years.Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue, please?10th March. 2022. Credit where it is due. Joe Meakins has been in touch. After consulting his manager, I will be fully reimbursed for the cost of a replacement battery. Thank you. Appreciated. Anthony.

I recently had body repair work carried out on my Jaguar I-Pace at Pentland Jaguar Perth. The work was carried out to the highest standard, was done efficiently and with courtesy. An appropriate courtesy car was provided and my repaired car delivered to my home as I was unable to return to Perth the day the work was completed. Highly recommended....great customer experience after being messed about by lookers in Glasgow well worth the extra 70 mile travel quick efficient and meticulous what a combination. I had a heater replaced on a jaguar ipace honestly if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
