Such a con, charged 6 times as much to stuff 6 inch foam in a delicate well designed high end sofa. Very unhelpful when pointed out about poor quality workmanship. Highly avoidable!

From quotation , collection and return the service has been fantastic . Friendly , helpful staff throughout .... would definitely recommend. completely Upholstered our old corner sofa with new oak feet which now looks better than we originally bought. Well deserved review

GEM UPHOLSTERY
Took a part in off a classic car to be trimmed and supplied my own material. No quote was given and they said there glue may not stick properly. I said there was no hurry but 3 months on and still not done, the reply I got was “can’t stop everything for just this”. I ended up taking the part back and took it to an auto trimmer in cancel who done an excellent job, had it ready for the next day, and charged £40. I had to give this one star as I couldn’t give it any lower. No I wouldn’t recommend GEM upholstery.
