Wonderful friendly welcome.Gorgeous decor.Delicate, flavoursome, imaginative and totally delicious food, served tapas-style as it’s ready, which perfectly suits the style of the food.Great wine list too.

We stopped in and had to try the Grilled Oysters. They were absolutely delicious and reminded me of the ones I always got back in New Orleans. Very nice place and atmosphere.

We have been to Koi Sakana 3 times now and every time has been incredible. The largest and tastiest oysters we have ever had! Charlotte and daniels service is amazing and they really are passionate about what they are doing. The disco music is always a bonus too…Will always go back

Absolutely amazing food. The fresh local oysters were full of flavour and the size of a small country. And you MUST try the truffle scallops...they are out of this world. If you love seafood, you will love this place. Unsurprisingly, it does get busy but they always make time to find you a seat. A seafoodies paradise gauranteed. Get your seafood tapas on people.

This place is 10/10 the food is absolutely beautiful! We’ve tried almost everything on the menu and cannot fault any of the dishes. Also have never been to a seafood restaurant before where the vibes in the restaurant/bar match the same level as the food!! Incredible 100% recommend these guys. Smashing it.

Small little quaint restaurant in the heart of bournemouth.I saw it just opened up recently so wanted to check it out and so happy I did! Such amazing food and service! I had the tuna tartare & oysters - they were massive and such good quantity / flavour for the price!Absolutely amazing, will defo be there again.

We only popped in for a bottle of wine and oysters but we will definitely be back for more. The oysters were amazing. Both fresh and grilled. The menu has much more seafood than just oysters. Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended and unique for Bournemouth.

Went to Koi Sakana with a group of friends and basically ordered the whole menu between us so we all got to try everything.The quality was outstanding, personal favourite were the scallops and crab however the oysters were up there with the best I’ve ever had, they were huge!Atmosphere was super chilled and it was just a lovely place to be! Will be back soon with the wife, thanks guys!
