Cliff Villages Medical Practice

We recently moved to Waddington and registered at the Cliffs Villages Surgery. Two members of our family have health issues.First impressions: This GP practice appears to be truly exceptional! Their commitment to providing excellent medical care and support to patients is evident. From the first moment of registering, we were greeted with warmth, compassion and efficiency, in a welcoming and comforting atmosphere. Thank you!

When your 16-year-old daughter is suffering with severe depression to the point that she is coming to you and telling you she does not want to live anymore and begging you to help, all Cliff Villages Medical Practice Doctors want to do is refer her to the absolute incompetent camhs service which should be investigated for their appalling treatment towards children. They (camhs) told my daughter “That she was attention seeking” but when you go back 4-5 times to Cliff Villages Medical Practice they still refused to help. They even lie to you by saying that anti-depressants don’t work for under 18’s. They forget their oath to do everything to save a life. Instead, they refuse to treat her and make her situation worse. How can any caring, committed Doctor turn away a young girl who is screaming for help. Thanks partly to Cliff Villages Medical Practice, my beautiful daughter is now an empty shell with no one except her dedicated parents (who have to keep a 24/7 watch on her) for support. Refusing someone medication based only on age (which is what they have done) is discrimination and a breach of the Equalities Act. Disgusting to the point that I am now looking at legal action in a desperate attempt to get my daughter the medical attention she so desperately needs. Be very aware if you have young children who also suffer. This seems the trend in Lincolnshire “Oh well they are only children; they will get over it and we will sort out the mess their lives have become once they are 18” Disgusting just unbelievably disgusting. Any Doctor who has this attitude should be struck off an never allowed to practise ever again.

Had my first Covid injection today. First time I have been to this surgery and so impressed. The whole procedure was seamless from the gentleman guiding people in the car park to all of the staff in the centre. Everything was well organized, but more importantly, friendly. If anyone was nervous their fears would soon be eased with the care that was taken. I am so pleased with my experience, and my thanks to everyone who made it such an unforgettable experience.

Lovely doctor's surgery. I don't use it often (thankfully) but, when I have needed them, they have always provided excellent service.

Hi all, just writing this to highlight Kirsty,Karen, Alison, Drs, medics and other staff that are working extremely hard with Cliffe Villages surgery at Waddington to ensure the covid vaccination site is a great success, I have  volunteered to help out at The vaccination site on car park duties a number of times... Patient comments coming in and out are extremely complimentary about all parts of the centre and the vaccination process, the pleasant nature of staff, the speed and efficiency of getting people in and out in a safe manner with little fuss....this project takes immense effort for it all to work successfully and the people working there are managing this as well as their normal work load.....the whole set up is a credit to them all and their hard work....they deserve a big clap and a big smile when you visit....well done to all involved

Myself and my son had our first Covid 19 vaccination today at this surgery. Can I just say, how very well organised, how kind and how proficient everyone was. From the gentleman car park attendant, the staff doing the vacinations, everyone in between and the lovely lady in the 'waiting to go home' area! Thankyou

By far the best doctor’s surgery I’ve been to. Dr Beet is so lovely and has really helped me over the last couple of years with various issues. They are all really good people who try their best to help you and for you in when you need it, I’ve never once been told they couldn’t get me in. I’ve always been seen quickly with my kids too. They do appointments over the phone too and cut out time wasting processes like I’ve experienced so many times with others, they are quick to send over prescriptions also. I can’t rate these enough. The best points for me are*You can call in the morning and get an appointment.* The reception staff are discreet and don’t shout about your appointment for the whole of the surgery to hear or insist you tell them what your appointment is for if you don’t want to.* The staff are respectful and friendly.* They actually care.* They will do prescriptions from a telephone appointment and cut out a load of time wasting rubbish.* They do what they say they will.* Parking is available at both sites.* I’ve never had one complaint at all.* All the doctors are lovely and helpful.I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
