Very friendly staff storage unit very clean, and security system great will definitely use again

Started to use this storage facility in August 2021, and Debbie the Manager was ultra helpful in making the arrangements by phone and online, as visiting in person was difficult at that time. Discounted initial costs, and a free padlock were an unexpected bonus.The last 9 months of storage have gone smoothly, with only minor issues regarding non-receipt of the monthly invoice. The business can't be blamed for that! Arrangements to terminate the contract with Debbie (again) were also very smooth and easy. On removal day, all of the staff were really helpful, and James and Phil couldn't have been more accommodating when moving all of the items (including a very large sofa and chair) to the new address. Would have no hesitation in recommending Cooke's Storage.

Excellent service and facility, from walking in everything was explain clearly and politely. We were asked what we needed and then we’re shown various options before we decided what we actually needed. Being shown the actually units to understand the physical size was invaluable. On the occasions we visited site it was always spotlessly clean and airy with staff on hand if needed. Closing the account was also supper easy.

Fantastic storage for a great price. The customer service I received was excellent, especially Debbie who went over and above!! I had no worries about leaving my stuff here, all the staff are friendly and very helpful. Great space for parking & using the trollies/lifts are all simple, but there is always someone there to help. Highly recommend!

Guys, big thanks for staying after hours. Staff is amazing, middle age lady and young woman stayed extra 20 minutes to accomodate my long two hours trip! Thank you so much, people with amazing heart!I am customer with cookies since 5 years.

We were moving home in a bit of a hurry and Cookes really helped out.We had many questions and nothing was too much trouble.They were flexible enough and the only thing that could have been improved on was longer opening hours.Both myself and my partner work until 6pm which meant we had to rush around at weekends and over Christmas.That aside nothing was too much trouble, staff were friendly and informative.I would not hesitate to use them again
