Truly fantastic service from all the staff every time I attend. Beginning to feel like part of the Family there.They are always helpful with the products and have a lot of knowledge of their products.I certainly cannot fault their 5 Star service. I would suggest if you need tiles pay a visit for sure.

Pathetic branch Wont recommend to anyone , was there yesterday to see some tiles , the Branch was empty no one was there around 1:15pm Approx there were 2 people on the counter one was on his mobile and the other was just sitting in there no one even acknowledged us , we walked around for 20-25minthey dint even bother to ask for any help just busy on there mobile phone , have no idea how TOPS TILES RUISLIP gotgood reviews they are a Joke

The staff are fantastic, got over 30 bags of adhesives in multiple trips, each time the staff were patient and answered all my questions. The best part is they helped load it to my car even it was 5 mins over the closing time.Great team, incredible service.And of course the materials are fine quality.

Friendly staff. Got to know a few of them as although not a tradesman refurbished 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately one senior staff member failed on a very important point. 1. Supplied wrong information to my fitter leading to grout stuck to my specialist tiles! Took no responsibility 2. Having spent over £1000 overall took back 4 tiles (£30) but as its more than 2 months cant refund. Bit useless to me these other style samples I was told I could return them when I purchased.
