One of their service centres damaged my car while in for a warranty issue. They fully accept they have damaged my head liner around the sunroof but due to a tiny hole in the rear by the boot they are refusing to fix their damage. I quote “ if we repair the damage we caused by replacing the head liner it will also fix the small hole in the back so we won’t do that”. So if there was a scratch and they also scratched it they are not responsible for fixing. I think not. This is not over. But I will never take my car there again for a service.Car now being repaired by another dealership

The reception you received is very welcoming, before you meet your appointed sales rep your offered an hot drink and to sit in a waiting area which is very clean and very tidy, the whole establishment was to very high standards. Was satisfied at all levels. Was able to order my brand new Mercedes-Benz to come early 2019. I’ve driven Mercedes in the past, but this will be the first time I’ll be driving my own first Mercedes Benz.Can’t wait x

DO NOT trust this outfitDo not trust this outfit. Placed an order for a nearly new Defender from group stock. Having searched for a Defender 110, diesel, HSE or First Edition I received 13 results. Made a selection, ordered and paid the initial deposit online. Two days later the dealer informs me that the vehicle was already sold, a website error to blame apparently. I completed a second search, printed the remaining 12 vehicles from the search results and visited Milton Keynes dealer. 8 of the remaining 12 vehicles for sale on the website were already sold and shouldn't have been advertised. Being flexible we selected one of the remaining 4 vehicles at an increased cost. Now they can't deliver that vehicle within the seven days stated on the website. £10,000 paid in deposits and no sign of the vehicle. 1 Week delivery claimed on the website - still they cannot confirm a delivery date. Now I have to rearrange my insurance again because of their failure to live up to website advertising. I will have to do that yet again when they finally decide when I can have the vehicle they promised in 1 week.DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE. 70% of available stock from my search results was not theirs to sell. They know this having been told last week – but still vehicles they do not own are for sale on the website, including the one I’ve purchased! (This web site has now been amended in places) Is it not illegal to offer for sale goods you have no hope of delivering? Taking deposits under false pretence?Fare to say that I’m totally disgusted with mis selling to gain a customer deposit. IF IT’S NOT FOR SALE DON’T ADVERTISE IT! IF YOU CAN’T DELIVER WITHIN THE TIME YOU STATE DON’T ADVERTISE IT AS SUCH. DON’T TAKE DEPOSITS FOR PRODUCT YOU HAVE NO WAY OF DELIVERING. BE HONEST IF YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TRUST.

Recently I’ve had a couple of warranty issues with my Maserati Gran Tourismo and Amelia and the team there have dealt with everything courteously and very efficiently.Last week a small panel on the front bumper came off( something to do with the jet washer and it can be faulty in cold weather, it blows the panel out if it freezes).To save a 110 mile round trip twice they accepted the photos I sent them and have preordered the part.Even better a driver will collect my car Thursday and bring it back on Friday repaired and I have no doubt that is exactly what will happen.

The welcome you get when you walk in can not be faulted. Environment is clean and pleasing to the eye, great cars but hey it is Mercedes. However their admin is a disgrace to everything they have achieved and should seriously look at properly integrating their admin so the right hand knows what the left hand is doing.

SHOCKING!!! So very poor on communication. If you do get a car from them just hope you don't need to get back to them. They love email but don't respond to them.After 12 minutes on hold for customer service then gave up.I have never had such a bad experience. Exceptional? YES to the point you have made me ill.

Not great mate an inquiry was told ill phone back, nothing until I sent email then called back . Made an insulting offer on my px over £1500 less than other bmw dealer's and we buy any car!! Would definitely recommend you shop around.

The after sales service I received from MB Thurrock was by far the worst service I have ever received . They will not respond to emails and it feels like we have got your money now and don't care . Steer clear this is not a reputable dealership
