Ordered item that wasnt in stock. 6 days and still no text or call. Went into the store as they won't answer a phone call to be told it was on the shelf. No apologies! When asked why i didnt get a message about it being in stock. The staff said its happened alot recently. Looks like a win for Screwfix again!!

This shop is open until 8pm which is so useful, it works similar to Argos as there is a catalogue you order from at the front, wide range of stock..git everything I needed .

I had a late callout and I had ran out of a particular lighting component. It’s the first time I’ve been to the long eaton branch and surprisingly found they had a great stock availability. The staff I met were very helpful and friendly, I will definitely be using them again
