A shelter for the homeless of Barnet only.

I thought these people would help me and support me to end my homelessness i am now homeless again due too taking advice from them and back to square one they do not understand mental health and definitely use vulnerable people to help them with their statistics/funding they must just sit on it's a currupt business making money out off homeless people if u do not get any disability payments they can not help u as their contacts/connections are also currupt only house disabled people otherwise you won't be an interest to the people they connected with.

Seems to be a great charity. They were genuinely thrilled with the clothes I dropped in and helped to get them out of the car. Shame it is only open Monday to Friday as it seems to be a lovely place for local homeless people to drop in to.

This place makes money off homeless people when they're housed. they ask them to pay money they don't have to pay, when they are receiving universal credit. they allow their residence to abuse eachother in their HMO's and do nothing about it. SONYA has been told about a specific person who has been continusly harrased assaulted and abused for the last year and she's done absolutely NOTHING about it. This place is basically a mental institution with no REHABILITATION!!!

This place are full off sharcks with criminal intentions using people in very bad condition tu make rich the FAKE. (K)workers like mis ANNE for example wich is biggest punisher in this place called (the place of chenge) if you’re believing them they gonna destroy your live forever. They have just a criminal intentions

This place is invaluable to the unfortunate that sleep rough and do not have a home by night. But they can seek refuge, get fed and also specialist staff to help them at HAB HQ.

Did best they can and still do have saved my life twice. Counsellor there as well as everyone are uplifting and caring.

Tucked away in leafy Barnet is a gem of support for those in need who fit the criteria. Unfortunately my experience was one of judgement and poor support to overcome the challenge that is homelessness. Don't go to this place if you speak English well enough to seem educated rich and have pride in your appearance and a strong attitude no matter how needy you are, it's a place mostly for disparate Polish men in their fifties to get ample food while looking down on others. Staff appear to be middle class citizens who believe the fallacy they are really changing lives whilst discriminating against others and being far too protectionate over what resources they do have. Really have to explain yourself just for a hot meal and that's a shame because there is certainly enough to go around..

Lead on for months, demanding all sorts of personal info and documents, before being turned away when they received everything they needed. Feel used as seems they're filling some sort of funding quota using people in vulnerable and desperate situations for data collection without actually providing the support and help they're instated to offer in return. You will be judged (contrary to what they say) arbitrarily if you are (falsely) deemed to be 'too privileged' to need help. Preferential treatment seems to be given to people who don't fit their prejudices. Approach with caution and protect your morale (most valuable thing) from their unprofessional and time-wasting practices
