This place is amazing, 100% recommend! Took my car here on Wednesday before my driving test ( it was very urgent ) they fixed all issues and explained to me what the issues where so I fully understood, they are a honest and upfront. They fixed my car extremely fast and at a good price. Have definitely found the best garage around!

Always get all my vehicles here for service MOT or any problems, 5 in our household. Guy does a great job, always honest and clean job. I've been to many garages, but this is the only place I know to get the job done quickly efficiently and safely. You wouldn't regret any work done with ICS. It's definitely the only recommendation!

This garage let me bring my car in with very short notice. My car had overheated a few days before, I filled it with water (all I had on the side of the road) and took it in thinking I had a leak. I have been unwell recently and not been able to work for a while, so am short of cash, so I was really anxious about this costing me loads of money. They checked my car over and confirmed there was no leak. He didn't charge me anything for looking which was really decent of him, and he was honest about there being no fault, which was also very decent. I just wish all garages were honest like this. I will be bringing my car back here if I have any problems, and will book my MOT in here. I highly recommend this garage, honest, fair, friendly.

I cannot recommend this garage highly enough, their customer service is outstanding. My car broke down on the way to work, and I drove around several garages who said they couldn't help for weeks. ICS looked at my car and fixed it immediately. They also replaced my key battery when they realised it was running out. My family and I will definitely be using this garage for all our needs in the future. Bruce and the team are extremely friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to deal with them all. Good value service, fitted my car in for repair at short notice and communication was excellent throughout.Completely transparent about pricing and explained the work that had been done on the car very clearly.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for an honest, efficient and great value service.

Went to ICS after they were recommended and they fitted my car in really quickly. Great professional service, took a video and sent it to me explaining what had been checked. Will absolutely be going back and recommending to others!

The team here were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.I broke down with my newborn in the car, rang a few garages and they were full, was recommended ICS and gave them a call they said they could fit us in asap.Really friendly and helpful team on the phone and in person. Abbi and Bruce are great at keeping contact and giving any updates via text and or phone call.They got the parts in and the car fixed in less than 24 hours which was a faster turn around than expected as the brakes had seized and needed more work done than originally assessed by the breakdown guy. They also did a health check on it at the same time to make sure everything else was okay.They offer a video of the health check and do the same if you have a service which I find really helpful and reassuring. It's often offered in brand garages but not normally in smaller run ones so this is an unusual bonus to find!They were fast, efficient, very cost effective and genuinely nice helpful people.They were great with my little one, and Bruce gave some great advice about the upcoming teething stage!I come from a small country village and had previously only used a family friend who was a mechanic, coming to Bristol I ended up using Halfords as they are a 'known brand' and knew I would pay a bit more but figured they wouldn't rip me off..... I have now made ICS my go to garage and cancelled my Halfords club subscription.A huge thanks to all the team here for making what could have been a very stressful situation as easy and pain free as possible.

Absolutely brilliant service, so reliable - Bruce went above and beyond to fit me in with short notice and the customer service was incredible - so easy to talk to and my car is running like a dream. Very reasonably priced too. Will defo be coming back again!

They fitted me in really last minute for a minor repair. We're really friendly and courteous & fixed the car whilst I waited. Definitely recommend - will be back in the future for bigger jobs I'm sure.
