I have a large L shaped hall, and I did not want a joint at the 90 degree corner. So I was willing to pay 300 pounds to 350 as it is a large L. So big that the fitters managed to do my small bedroom with the of cut (thier idea). It only cost 260 or 280.

I will never give this company another minute of my time or money and will never reccomend to anyone after my experience,my issue that has been on going for nearly a year still hasnt been resolved. Hope youd all have a better experience good luck!

Estimator came on Wednesday to measure the property, after taking very rough measurements, I was advised that i should go to the shop to get a quote (couldn't be done over the phone), on Friday I drove out to the shop and was told that the measurements are not exact enough so needs to be remeasured on Monday (information that could have been relayed to me over the phone instead of wasting my time), on Monday no one showed up or called to let me know that they were not coming. On Tuesday I called and found out that the estimator was not in on Monday and they are not sure why no one gave me a call. The stuff is freaipndly but ultimately nearly a week passed without a result

Guys in the place were great and great price unfortunately when they carpet fitters came out first said I measured wrong and didn't have enough carpet which wasn't the case and there was enough they were not happy with the price of the fitting which they were more than happy to to keep saying about it

Can't get their carpet priced right. Quoted for landing carpet and living room laminate went back to pay and the cost was a third more due to assistant quoting wrong prices. So lost a good sale due to total incompetance and wouldn't give us original cost they was quoted.

The staff are genuinely helpful and not just trying to make a commession that bigger chains do. You want left alone fine. Want help, they ask about furniture etc and recommend great colours. They also only use good fitters and it's great getting them to do it. Carpet and fitting is also really cheap, much more so than chains.
