Have been coming here for a few years now and am never disappointed with Sophie’s service. She is so calm and explains everything perfectly, putting you at ease if you’re nervous. I had my helix pierced, my first piercing in a year, and it was very quick and simple. There is also a beautiful range of jewellery which amazes me every time. I could not recommend this place more.

I had an amazing experience today when I came and got some new jewellery for my existing piercings. The selection of jewellery on offer was amazing. Jenny was really helpful and knowledgable. I will be going back to get more piercings and would highly recommend.

Had a daith piercing yesterday. Sophie was amazing, welcoming, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The shop is lovely and hygienic. I would totally recommend her and the store.

10/10 would recommend. I managed to grab a same day appointment to have my piercing looked at. Jenny was amazing and super friendly. She downsized my jewellery and gave me some extra tips on how to help it heal. Will absolutely go back for my next piercing.

I always have a lovely gentle and calming experiance with Sophie and Jenny. It's a lovely shop, an excellent selection of jewellery and a great team. This time I went for a while ear curration service which included multiple jewellery changes and some new piercings. I am so pleased. I know I can get intouch if there are any issues and will be back to do a little more shopping for styles in the near future.The shop is easily accessible for all.

Absolutely amazing experience!I had my lobes pierced by Sophie and she did an outstanding job and offered impeccable customer support and both piercings healed perfectly without any complications.I got my helix done with Jenny recently and she did a wonderful job, very kind, reassuring, and professional.The amount of customer support and service is incredibly reassuring and makes me feel a lot more at ease, knowing I can contact them with any worries or queries I may have.I'll be getting all my future piercings done with Sophie and Jenny Xx

I’ve been coming to Sophie for over 6 years now for everything piercing related and I wouldn’t trust anyone else (bar Jenny of course!) with my piercings. Most recently I had a curation of one of my ears by Sophie which is just beautiful and Jenny pierced my vertical labret which is healing perfectly. Amelia is super helpful with selecting jewellery too, really lovely team and excellent service.

From my Experience Arcade Eight Piercing is amazing. Sophie is always so kind. She is definitely well trained, my opinion is that the piercing never hurts. I definitely recommend it!
