This company itself has always done me well and I wouldn't have anything negative to say but, I gave my card details +3-dig sec code over the phone to secure a guaranteed fast delivery, then my card gets fraudulently used. This was the ONLY company to have my card details, highly suspicious and I expect that employee was involved in my card being fraudulently used, I wouldn't post this otherwise.

Poor service. Gone downhill in the last 6 months, technical support is terrible. You pay £15 for a pre 10:30 and they don’t tell you it hasn’t been shipped.

Refused to offer support of a product they sold and was told to contact the installer.We didn’t know the installers details and they refused to give us the installers name and details this leaving us no option but to purchase a new system from a different supplier who offers better customer support.Avoid avoid avoid.

Absolutely useless! Sent wrong firmware on DVR after specifying. Tech support laughing down phone they do not care. Happy to take your money though. Lost a long time customer.
