We had one bathroom and an ensuite completely refitted with the suite and tiles all supplied by Easy Bathrooms Derby. We met with Gary in the showroom who helped us put together our final vision, we were then sent visuals of everything we had chosen and how it would all look. It was a smooth process from start to finish, few issues along the way once work had begun, these were quickly and professionally rectified with no delay to the job. The suite itself is of a high quality, we would/already have been recommending Easy Bathrooms Derby to all those asking. Thank you Gary!

Thanks for your offer, the item is not broken because we have to get back home to provide protection ourselves in between those glasses. We're aware there's no packaging but what we're up to was any kind of boxes to placed in between the glass not to rub against each other, unfortunately there's none. You have to treat customers fairly whether they bought ex display or brand new items. We understand that once the product has been damaged by customers it couldn't be replaced. Before the product has left your store your staff has to ensure that item should arrived safely into your customers houses.

We purchased bathroom suites to refit our cloakroom, bathroom and en-suite. Easy bathrooms offered a wide range of products and were very competitive on price. We dealt with Gary though-out the process and he was very professional and knowledgeable. There were a couple of faulty items, as we expected with purchasing so a many items to refit three bathrooms. Gary was very helpful in rectifying the issues for us. I will definitely be recommending easy bathrooms to friends and family.

Served by the most unhelpful unfriendly member of staff who didn't discuss collection/delivery options or the price difference between online and store prices (the member of staff was using a catalogue for prices which did not reflect the offers online).

Lovely items however the service is absolutely awful. I specifically asked for an item suitable for our needs and was told it was, big mistake. The item was not appropriate and when I asked for a refund it was refused because it was a special order item and it was explained to me prior to purchasing that it could not be refunded . Yes it was explained but they have misled me into purchasing something that is not suitable. Even the request for an appropriate replacement was refused and I have now discovered that the sales person has made a large commission on this sale hence this explains the rude behaviour encountered by myself and fitter.
