Diabolical company. NO bills received in post which they then start blaming the post man for! Run a business with 3 units, one unit not billed. Chap then turns up to say he will cut us off. £190 to pay for him coming out. Paid the money we owed instantly, but they want the £190 fighting it now!!!! Very rude people on the phone a nightmare to deal with! Cannot understand why they don't ring you to speak to you as they have your number instead they send out people to charge! BIG COMPANY SCAM!

Beware of this company as there is something seriously wrong with the way they calculate estimated readings. This leads to inflated charges for water non-usage. In my view there should be a thorough investigation into their systems to determine whether this overcharging is deliberate or just resulting from the work of incompetent individuals.I was billed based on an estimate that arrived at the conclusion I had used a year's supply of water in just an 18 day period after their 'engineer' had taken actual reading from my meter! I assume he had been sent out because they didn't believe the 100% correct customer reading I had provided and then expected me to be believe I had used a year's worth of water in just over two weeks. Not only that they have promised to take me to Court if I don't pay it!According to their audited accounts they have spent £8.2 million on computer software which doesn't appear to be very intelligent.

complaint handling procedure by this company is abysmally farcical and ineffective... do not ever sign up with them. my messages and emails arrogantly ignored. i didn't believe all the bad reviews before but i do now. how on earth these companies stay in business i don't know. ombudsman is the next step.

Terrible organisation. Phone never responded to within a reasonable time. Emails they day they will respond within 10 working days???? Not good at allNow received a response from, Wave. Crazy that it takes so long just to get a response. Having spoken subsequently to Wave they tell me that they do not supply water but its funny that I have paid 2 bills to them already for water. Left hand doesn't know what the right hand does. Thank goodness I am moving away from the area that Wave covers.

We use Wave for a number of business addresses and have constant issues. As someone else has written here, we dont receive invoices as we should, and just get late notices. The online portal doesnt show invoices, so we have no way of knowing what is due or when. Attempts to fix these issues with the customer service line are always useless.

Unfortunately I have had to wait for about 9 months for Wave Business to complete a change of tenancy. I have spent around 15 emails and wasted many hours on the phone and i am no further forward. Really unhelpful and totally oblivious to understanding there is a customer at the end of this. I was sent an invoice for 25k which was billed incorrectly and this gives me the fear.

Wave as an organisation continues to shock. After one year of dialogue over an incorrect charge and their confirmation in October 2021 that it would be corrected. Today we have received a new invoice including the original over-charged amount. They have made a small adjustment that clearly is incorrect by a factor of 14.Warning to all users of Wave services, please ensure bills are checked very carefully, something is sadly wrong with their billing team. What an appalling organisation, their grasp of technical issues is beyond bad and zero stars really would be too many. Having been in discussion with several of their staff since December 2020, we still have not resolved an overcharging issue. This culminated in receiving an email yesterday suggesting the bill was a 'catch up'. We normally, as a business, use 100-128 cu m water per quarter, in December 2020, we received a bill for 1124 cu m, almost a factor of ten higher. The bill totalled £3,749.38. In spite of the bill being ten times higher than usual, they still presented for payment. The problem has been caused by their meter rolling over from 9999 to 1000 instead of 0000. This aspect their staff do not understand and we suspect they have no idea how a water meter works. We have presented readings showing usage before and after the rogue reading and they are consistent at 100-128 cu m. The final ridiculous statement suggested we should check for leaks, even though current readings are as usual. The frustration in dealing with this matter is beyond words. Please use technically competent staff or at least arrange for us to speak with an engineer that understands the industry. I have written back to Wave with a spreadsheet and comment and await a further response.Today received a further email explaining the charge is correct and suggesting we obtain a quote from their own internal organisation to investigate excess usage.Pointed out, the excess will fill a 25m x 10m x 4m swimming pool.Once again a complete lack of understanding and customer service.Once again I feel a need to review this organisation. After almost 12 months they have still not managed to resolve an overcharge amounting to 1,000,000 litres of excess water. We have explained the issue is a meter problem and having changed the meter, they are still unable to resolve the matter in spite of the fact the new meter shows usage in line with historical data. To add insult, their latest bill now includes a debt recovery charge of £190.00.Making this post is a desperate attempt to encourage this organisation to review the case by senior personnel that can apply some common sense. We would be pleased to present our evidence in court to prove how ridiculous their stance is and importantly, how poor their customer service is.We feel sorry for the team in credit control who clearly understand there's a problem but their system does not allow for a straightforward resolution.Thank you particularly to Stacey in credit control for doing her best.

More of the same as the previous reviews, no invoices sent and then tried to hit me with a big bill based on estimates. I gave actual readings and the quoted everything from £96.50 a month to £194.50 a month despite my estimated usage being less that £600 a year. Took it to CCWater who agreed with me as Wave completely ignored all my complaints while threatening me with disconnection and having debt agencies phoning my business while still not sending me an accurate bill. Now plan on taking it to ADRg for mediation as think the £50 compensation offered for 6 months of stress and aggravation as well as the embarrassment factor to my business is worth far more than that, this will end up in the small claims court if mediation fails.Absolute cowboys

Completely unprofessional.I'm being chased by a debt collector over bills of an address that I did not rent. I did however rent a nearby address on the same road years earlier with a different supplier but they have somehow mixed this up.The invoices clearly do not make sense and they have admitted to this but the mess up is a waste of time. They have pushed for proof yet they have no proof themselves. The bill is also massive for a storage unit where there is only a toilet. It seems criminal they can even claim this. Looking at this companies reviews it seems other people are having similar problems.
