Possibly the worst service in Mold. I walked out after waiting 5 minutes to get served while the manager sat in front of me, not acknowledging my presence, talking on his mobile to someone about his football or rugby club in Llanelwy. When this place shuts he will probably walk into another job and ruin that businesses reputation. Second time I have been in there recently and I thought he was a bit off then, this just confirms it for me. Got my keys cut in Flint instead.

After using this service for many years, I eventually encountered a problem. The image had not printed properly. It was overexposed and as it was a gift, I wanted to sort it. I went back and was told that it’s not the printer - it’s my image.I went to find another shop to print my images and opted for Boots. The photo came out fantastic and the difference to the Max Spielmann photo I printed, was noticeable. I once again went back to Timpsons to show the lady the difference.. however, she ended up grabbing the photos off me and chucked them behind the till without even looking at the difference. I got a refund (all be it rudely and disrespectfully) and found myself apologiseing for the inconvenience because I was made to feel like I had done something wrong. I would not recommend this service. Go to Boots. Not only is it almost 10p cheaper per photo, it also prints to a higher standard.
