Absolutely fantastic job done. There was a bit of a delay due to a petrol tanker. However, I could not be happier with my MOT and the customer service especially. The wonderful lady Debbie took care of me and made sure to accommodate for my needs, such as a quiet place to make sure I could work, quickly actioning my enquiries and offering a drink now and again. 5/5 service. My review is specifically about Debbie in customer reception. Debbie is an asset to any company, she’s cheerful, treats all customers the same and can’t do enough to help. I have visited on several occasions and she is always the same. Despite it being hot and the showroom being refurbished so customer reception is currently in a portacabin Debbie is still running round and made us laugh during our 3 hr wait. Well done Debbie if you have any employee of the month awards Debbie deserves one.

Debbie is amazing … made it feel like home from home lol! Lovely customer service from all colleagues on reception, service and sales … it was their Christmas jumper day and they were fabulous :)

I was greeted by Debbie who was extremely friendly and helpful. Made sure the team was aware I was there and then made me a lovely cup of coffee. I was then taken care of by Jon regarding the fault with my car, again very helpful and understanding and went through everything with me to make sure I was happy with what had been done and what was required. Overall a very good experience from start to finish.

We became a customer of Vantage around fifteen months ago and have been extremely impressed with the customer service which punches way above the normal weight. Our latest visit involved a service and an MOT. They are currently undergoing a significant refurbishment programme throughout the main building but this doesn't detract from the main aim of this company which is to serve well its customer base. We were met and greeted by a very pleasant and friendly lady on service reception who, looked after us extremely well. (I'm sorry that I didn't get her name) The service went very well and we got a further twelve months MOT. When the car was returned it was a little later than they expected and John, the Service manager, apologised profusely and explained that the car hadn't been cleaned. We said that we didn't have a problem with that but he insisted that they would clean the car inside and out at a time to suit us. A couple of days later I took the car in to be cleaned and within an hour it was returned in an absolutely beautiful condition. In fact, I commented to John, that it looked better than it did when we first bought it. A big thank you to all concerned at Vantage, you are all a credit to your company.

Great overall experience from initial search for the right model all the way through to handover.Kathryn was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to assist from the two test drives (which included putting my child seat in) to sending regular updates and telephone calls with updates prior to collection.I would definitely recommend Toyota Wakefield.

Good to see the new reception set up. Debbie was very welcoming and attentive.Recall took 2 hours not the one hour that I was told when booking, but very pleased that the car was washed.
