I purchases a B & S G-80 Generator from this company and the service I received has been exemplary. Just after purchase I 'lost' some of the top panel holding screws and had difficulty finding replacements as they were American sizes. I contacted Samuel Goodyear their Business Manager and not only did he send me a 'Link' where I was able to purchase more but took the trouble to source an Engineering drawing of the screws so that I had a detailed example for the future! ( It';s not my fault I lost them, I am naturally clumsy!!). This level of Customer Service is unusual in these days and this company is to be congratulated on its Customer Service ethic. Regards. Absolutely horrible experience with the company. I was waiting since August 2021 for a generator to be delivered . Asked for refund number of times. In the end March 2023 they sent me the wrong product and of course NO RESPONSE ....

I have had a CCS Alpha EV 7KW Type 2 Tethered Electric Vehicle Charger installed in my home. With the units app, we can check the charge of the EV and how much electricity is being used.The install went smoothly as well and was all done via Powermark.
