Really enjoyed our session today, however I find it really odd that you aren’t allowed to use the cafe after the hour session. Surly it makes sense to allow parents and children to have the hour to play and then go to the cafe after. Was a lovely hour out the house but it’s also nice to sit down after for a snack and a catch up with fellow mums. Definitely worth going to maybe just find a cafe near by after that you can go to.

I visited Active Tots with my toddler. It was a lovely experience. There is lots to entertain my little one including the “Toddle Space”. We ate lunch and the staff were able to provide a dairy free lunch for my son, accommodating to his allergy requirements. Staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. A lovely place to play.

By far the best soft play in the area. It's clean, fun and lots of activities for kids. Indoor and outdoor so it's perfect in good weather. My 16mo loved it. We booked a 2 hour session and could have spent the day there! Above all the fact that it is kept clean, strict no shoes policy and rules to keep it safe. Toys are not broken and old like most other places we've visited. Cafe is good and clean. Plenty of options. The owner is lovely. Will definitely visit again.

This is a great soft play for those confidently crawling and upwards. Because of the age restriction (up to age 4), there’s never any big kids to knock little ones over. They also have a booking system so isn’t too crowded.I’ve purchased gift vouchers as birthday presents which have been very well received. Highly recommend!The prices of the cafe are reasonable but it can all add up when you include the price of the ticket. Overall, a great soft play and friendly staff.

We went this morning for the first time, best child’s place in Hampshire! Very well run, SO clean and tidy. Loads of padding for my one year old, not too busy which we loved! A real gem of a place!

This is definitely the best soft play in the area for babies and toddlers! It’s so nice to go somewhere which is safe and clean. You don’t have to worry about any older children knocking over your little one.The cafe is very reasonably priced and they take allergies very seriously (which is nice for a parent of a child with a severe dairy / soya allergy!) This does mean people can’t take food from outside in, but as it means they can keep the area safe for the littlest most vulnerable customers and that can only be a positive!It’s also so nice that the staff monitor the soft play, meaning the kiddies can enjoy without having to get around adults sat on “their” play equipment! If adults want a sit down, there is plenty of space in the cafe or at the end with the toys to still be with your children.The booking system works really well, you can book and make sure you definitely get a space! It’s never overcrowded even when “full” and just has a lovely child focused atmosphere!

Such a lovely soft play for babies. One of the cleanest , safest and nicest I have ever been to so far , my 1 year old had such a lovely time and there was so much for him to do. I highly recommend.

We visited for the first time today for the Elf Christmas themed soft play and it was so good. The activities, the staff, the food choice, just the right amount of people. It was a really enjoyable experience for my daughter and I. Thank you
